    An air cooler is an equipment that uses ambient air as the cooling medium, sweeping the outside of a finned tube to cool or condense the high-temperature process fluid inside the tube.

    It is an independent set of equipment with a small footprint, which can be placed indoors or outdoors according to user requirements. It can be connected to the equipment using hoses or steel pipes. The water pressure can be adjusted by adjusting the valve, which is displayed on the pressure gauge on the water distribution package. Before use, all cut-off valves of the high-frequency equipment should be closed. After self circulation, the water should be drained by the drain valve under the water distribution package to ensure that there are no debris during equipment use, so as not to cause blockage.

    Economizer

    Product Description:
    A economizer is a device installed at the lower part of the tail flue of a boiler to recover the waste heat from the exhaust gas. It heats the boiler feedwater into a saturated water heating surface under the pressure of the steam drum. Due to its absorption of heat from high-temperature flue gas, it reduces the exhaust temperature of the flue gas, saves energy, and improves efficiency, so it is called an economizer.
    The steel tube economizer is not limited by pressure and can be used as a boiling type. It is generally made of carbon steel pipes with an outer diameter of 32-51 millimeters. Sometimes fins and fins are added to the tube to improve heat transfer efficiency. The steel tube economizer consists of horizontally arranged parallel elbow pipes (commonly known as serpentine pipes).

    Product Usage:
    During the start-up process of the boiler (drum boiler), due to the lack of circulation in its steam water pipeline, i.e. the boiler feedwater is in a stagnant state, the water in the economizer is in a non flowing state. With the strengthening of boiler combustion and the increase of flue gas temperature, the water in the economizer is prone to vaporization, causing the local part of the economizer to be in an over temperature state. To avoid this situation, connect another pipeline from the centralized drainage pipe of the steam drum to the inlet of the economizer as a recirculation pipeline, so that the water inside the economizer is in a flowing state and avoids vaporization

    The economizer is arranged at the tail of the boiler with lower flue gas temperature, and its main function is to:
    (1) The economizer absorbs the heat from the low-temperature flue gas in the tail flue, which can reduce the exhaust temperature of low parameter boilers, improve boiler thermal efficiency, and save fuel.
    (2) The adoption of economizers increases the water temperature entering the drum, reduces the temperature difference between the drum wall and the feed water, thereby reducing the thermal stress of the drum and improving its lifespan.
